Aftermath

The Bronxville Trilogy,

or Marriages of Inconvenience

Three married men pay the price

for leading double lives in a time of social change.

Part One: ROOMMATES

Hiding the truth in plain sight.

Part Two: MARRIAGE

When no other option seems

to make sense.

Part Three: AFTERMATH

Before the Changes

Over 20 years in the making! THE BRONXVILLE TRILOGY began life around 2000 as the unpublished novel, A FATHER'S PLACE, which was adapted into the full-length play, MARRIAGES OF INCONVENIENCE (Finalist, Normal Avenue Playwriting [NAP] Series, NYC, 2019). In 2022, that play was greatly expanded into a series of 3 plays constituting THE BRONXVILLE TRILOGY, or Marriages of Inconvenience.

These 3 plays may be performed individually as "standalone" plays or as a series of 3 plays.

The plays have a running time of approximately 90 minutes each. The full trilogy runs approximately 4 and a half hours.

The full trilogy is also available as a single 3-hour play:

THE BRONXVILLE TRILOGY (Abridged),

or Marriages of Inconvenience.
